At Harry King & Sons we offer a comprehensive boat yard service, from storage and launching, to building and repairing boats.

We are equipped to store and launch boats up to 12.5 tonnes, and 36' in length. We are also able to pressure wash and dismast your boat for storage. During the fitting out season you will always be able to park your car near your boat and in the sailing season the front yard is cleared for designated dinghy storage to all of our customers. The front yard can also be used to load and unload cars before parking in the top boat park.

We have been building clinker dinghies and yachts since the very beginnings of the boat yard's history. We built two boats for Arthur Ransome, the author of Swallows and Amazons. We have currently built around 700 dinghies, and are proud to put as much care and attention into each one as our founders did over a century and a half ago.
